When we are walking with our dogs and we are meeting other people, they often ask about the breed, and when they are being told, that it is Rhodesian Ridgebacks, they say:
Oh yes, isn’t that an African Liondog?
Then of cause we say, that it’s correct, but this dog certainly is a lot more than that.
The Ridgeback is dignified and intelligent, he is brave, lithe and with staying power, he is intelligent and faithful – and he will return your love a thousand times.
It is hard to find a better friend or a wiser pall. |
